After the downloading, double-click the file you downloaded to start the installation.
Part 2: Free Trial & Register & Deregister & Uninstall
1. Free Trial
Launch Epubor AmzMusic Mate. The trial version allows you to download up to 3 Amazon songs for free. If you have already purchased a license, simply enter your license information to unlock all features.
Limitation: The trial version allows you to convert up to 3 Amazon songs. To convert more, please upgrade to the licensed version.
2. Register
If you want to unlock the full premium features, please make a purchase for the software.

After ordering Epubor AmzMusic Mate, you will receive a confirmation email containing your license code. To register the software, click Register in the menu bar, enter your license email and registration code, then click Register > OK to complete the process.
3. Deregister
To deregister Epubor AmzMusic Mate, click About in the menu bar, then select De-register and confirm by clicking Yes to deregister the software.
4. Uninstall
To uninstall Epubor AmzMusic Mate, search for it in your computer's installed apps and click Uninstall to remove it.
Part 3: How to Use Epubor AmzMusic Mate
First of all, launch Epubor AmzMusic Mate.
Step 1. Choose the Region and Output Format
The default region is amazon.com (US). You can go to Settings and select the Amazon domain that matches your country. Click OK next to the region section box, then click OK again in the pop-up prompt to apply the change.
The default output format is MP3, but you can also choose other formats such as WAV, FLAC, or AAC according to your preference.
Step 2. Sign in to Your Amazon Music account
After selecting the region, click the Sign In button in the upper-right corner of the program.
Next, enter your Amazon credentials to log in to your Amazon Music library.
Step 3. Open a Playlist
Open any playlist you’ve created, and you’ll see a Download icon in the lower-right corner of the page.
Tips:
Although Epubor AmzMusic Mate does not support downloading albums or songs directly by copying and pasting a URL, you can click the Heart icon to add the song to your Likes playlist.
Step 4. Save Amazon Music as MP3/WAV/FLAC/AAC
Click the Download icon on the playlist page. A window will then pop up showing all songs in the playlist. Select the songs you want to download, and click the Download button at the top of the window to start the downloading and conversion process.
If the music files are downloaded and converted successfully, the status will show a green check icon. Click the icon to locate the downloaded files on your computer.

You may see a Locked status when downloading songs in batch. To fix this, open another playlist and play any song. Then return to the original playlist and try downloading the locked song again.
