Um, Michelle, it is massively apparent that you have either not updated the review in almost a year or you have not actually used the software in that long.  iTunes doesn't do audiobooks anymore...not unless you change them into songs. And Apple Books doesn't allow you to manage anything. I mean...sure, you can add a book to the library. But you can't change any metadata.

Thank you for leaving comments, Sir. As per your complaints, I'm afraid that you might have not read this article carefully. The Audiobook function of iTunes is still available for Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10, macOS 10.14 Mojave and earlier.
For macOS Catalina 10.15, Apple Books replaced iTunes for managing audiobooks. Along with that, some features of iTunes have gone too, like editing audiobook metadata. (This information has also been stated in the article)
