I followed the directions for: "Edit Metadata on Audible Files. Add or drag&drop your Audible files that are downloaded from Audible website or Audible Windows App to Epubor Audible Converter, next click the Option button >> Meta to enter the metadata editing window."
When I click the Option button I only see the Split tab. There is no Meta tab displayed.

A) How it work -- it converts the audible .aa or .aax into an MP3 or MP4 file (so it certainly does not just edit the meta data in the native audible file).
B) you can only edit the most basic fields -- Title, Album, Artist, Copyright, Year, Genre (see below) and Comments. You cannot edit any other meta-data. IN terms of Genre -- only a very abbreviated standard list is available and you cannot edit it -- so if you have an audiobook then effectively all you can choose is "Audiobook". I use Genre to allocate between types of audiobook so I am really irritated by the choices Apple made in their Books app (which is awful)and the limitations of this software (the only editor I could find that allows me to edit metadata before importing into iBooks). Sadly the conclusion is to edit the title / album to include all the relevant information e.g. Andy McNab's Exit Wounds book 12 in the Nick Stone series -- now needs to be called "Thriller-McNab-NS12-Exit Wounds" -- I have 6,000 audio book titles so need to be able to manage the library.
