I've got over a thoussnd epub books on my iPad and I'd like to copy them into my iPad's Kindle app. I've tried emailing them to my Amazon device address (xxxxxxxx_1AoIld@kindle.com) but I'm limiited to sending five or six at a time due to email attachment size limits.

Can anyone offer up a better solution? I'm not worried about speed as the process can be done overnight if no human intervention is needed for a few hours' work.

It you want to add them to your kindle library, this is the best method. Or you can use the Send to kindle app, not the online send to kindle web service.
