Which Epubor Software do you use? If you use kindle converter, this option will be missing. So you can use the free version of Epubor Ultimate to convert it to any format you like.

Installed Kindle 2.8.0 from your link since epubpr could not remove the DRM from a Kindle ebook released in 2025. Then I deleted the download from Kindle, restarted the computer, redownload r the ebook in kindle and tried converting in epubo. It now managed to decrypt the DRM but in the epub it creates only the images from the Kindle ebook are present and no text. It also created a pdf with all the images but text.
