Whether you have a Mac or PC, you can sign in to the Audible site in a web browser to purchase the Audible books.

You will find the "Browse" option in site navigation. Choose one audible audiobook from your favorite classification.

In your shopping cart, you can find the audible books you added. You can either choose to use the credit or other payment methods to get the book.

Click "Proceed to Checkout". Then click "Complete Purchase". Now you can listen to and download your books as long as you complete your purchase.

Method 1: Download Audible books to PC/Mac Computer(via Web Browser)
Step 1. Go to Audible website
Open a browser in your computer, and go to the Audible site audible.com and sign in with your Amazon account if necessary.
Step 2. Download Audible Books via a browser.
In the navigation of the Audible site, click "Library" option and then click "Titles". Then you can find all Audible audiobooks you bought in your library. Find the audiobooks you want to download and then click "Download" button.

After the download is finished, you will get an AAX file. Just select a folder where you would like to save the Audible file.

If you are using MacOS 10.14.6 Mojave or earlier, the downloaded AAX files can be opened with iTunes and will be saved in the Audiobooks section of iTunes.

If you are using MacOS Catalina or Big Sur, the downloaded Audible books can be imported to Apple Books and will appear in the Audiobooks section of Apple Books. (Since the release of MacOS 10.15 Catalina, Apple has transitioned from iTunes to Apple Books.)

Method 2: Download Audible Books via AudibleSync App (Windows 10/11)
AudibleSync is a Windows app that lets you download Audible titles to your computer and transfer them to supported MP3 players and accessibility devices.
Open the AudibleSync app, log in with your amazon or audible account (select the correct audible marketplace) to access your audible library. Then you will see all of the titles you purchased or added (during the membership).

If you can see the "Download" button, click on it. Once the downloading completes, the download button will disappear. Downloaded files will be in .aax format and stored at AudibleSync\downloads folder.

Importance: Audiblesync can help download your audible audiobooks, but you can't play audible with Audiblesync unless you activate an accessibility device: Bones Milestone 212/312, Victor Reader Stream 2/3.
Even if you download the Audible books to computer, but none of the audio player can play the AAX file. Why? In fact, Audible audiobooks are always bundled with its own app (Audible app or specified devices), and they are saved as aax format. But you know the most popular audio format is MP3.
If we could download Audible files to mp3 format, we can play audible on any devices without any limitation. Keep reading to learn how to download audible library to mp3 format.
Method 3: Download Audible Library to MP3 on PC, Mac (The Easiest Way)
Can't download Audible books from your Audible library because of the "Download Button Missing" ?
Some users report that they cannot see the “Download” button on the Audible website. Is the Audible download button missing? Why does this happen, and how can you fix it?

Case 1: Please make sure you have actually purchased the books. Items added to your Audible library without purchase cannot be downloaded. They appear in your library, but they are not your owned audiobooks.

Case 2: Some Audible books also cannot be downloaded if the publisher has disabled the download option, even if you’ve purchased the title. This restriction is determined by the publisher.
Case 3: In addition, the download option is unavailable in several Audible regions—such as Audible Japan, UK, Germany, and Australia. Even if you own the audiobook, the download button will not appear.

It is a little bit suspicious that your Epubor download link address an older version, is it a FULL (cracked) version or a TRIAL?
And the official site has an updated Epubor version named [Epubor Ultimate], is your choice if you want the trial or pay for the FULL version.
The section about downloading to a PC, references the old software that is not functional anymore (gives an error saying basically that you can't download anymore.

Hello,
I have an update. I think it has to do with the operating system we are using. I've been trying this on my Windows 7 machine, and whenever I hover over the "Download" button, I can see it's pointing to: /howtolisten
I'm guessing because the browser send the information of my operating system and there is no good way to play it on it.
I tested it then on my Linux machine, and it works fine. Same account, same day. On Firefox on my Ubuntu, I am able to download the axx files by clicking on the same button.
I hope this will help others.
-open the desktop version of the Audible library (on iPhone, hold down the "reload" arrow in the title bar, no idea for Android)
-copy the link behind the Download button
-send it to your PC via mail or whatever
To get the whole content of the audible book, you need to use the licensed version. You are welcome to purchase the license of Audible converter: https://www.epubor.com/audible-converter.html
The Audible book file on my Android 9 device is not .aax, it is .aaxc
Your program does not recognize the format. For giggles, after I copied it over to the Win10 box, I renamed it to .aax no joy.
