I noticed today that is also a Kindle Unlimited book but I had bought it.
I am primarily a Kindle on Android user.
I'm having the same issue with the following two books:

Won't download in the Kindle for PC version 2.4.0
Tried to download a book I purchased via the Kindle 2.4.0 version. This version now does not work with all books. Some of my recent purchases I could download and then use Epubor but 2 of them would not download. Got error of "Item not available for this device type. Your Kindle app requires an update to view this content. Click here to download and install the free update"
Is there a more recent version above Kindle 2.4.0 that will work with Epubor or is a NEW workaround found? The workarounds I reviewed in the help area are aimed at older past issues.
