but there is an issue:

downloaded the latest Kindle Mac OS App, installed and works just fine

using your epubor kindle converter v1.0.1.44 and it does not see the Kindle directory of downloaded books.

there is no place in your app to define the kindle book directory.  

on the other hand, I own your Epubor Ultimate 3.0.15.425 (paid) and it finds the books from the kindle app, but unable to remove the DRM (KFX)

Hi. I've just downloaded your trial version of Kindle Converter for Windows and it doesn't appear to work.
Firstly, the "Kindle Library" window just displays "No File" and there's no way to configure the folder location (despite my Kindle Library being installed in the default location). And drag and dropping files from Windows Explorer into the designated drop zone doesn't work.

Also, in looking more closely for a configuration file, I discover that this software is simply a very simple front end to Kovid Goyal's Calibre software. I assume that you aren't breaching copyright, but I would expect you would acknowledgement this reasonably prominently.

Finally, I downloaded Epubor Kindle Converter because your Epubor Ultimate was unable to remove DRMs from any books I've purchased from Amazon this year. Instead, I was directed to a webage that recommended using your Kindle Converter. But on our Ebook Converter webpage you state "Note that eBooks with DRM protection cannot be converted. To convert DRM-protected ebooks, please use Epubor Ultimate."

Why aren't these questions and complaints being answered?

Why do all the postings misleadingly appear to be rating Epubor with 5 stars?

Why is Epubor not contacting Epubor Ultimate purchasers to clarify the status of this application in the light of post Jan 3, 2023 Amazon downloads?

It doesn't work properly. No support offered and a cop-out excuse of "sometimes it just doesn't work and its not our fault" Mine has been stuck on the same 8 books. Initially I had a blank file list. I logged out and into another profile, went back again and later it worked - no logic behind it. Now, it is stuck on the eight books it initially found but won't find any more. I have tried everything including uninstalling all related software, deleting cache files and then reinstalling. Still picks up the 8 books and I can't find the source file for the kindle books in the android emulator. There is no option to direct the software to the place where android stores the kindle books.

You need to take heed of your reviews either a) your product is not fit for purpose and you need to work on it more or b) your product is too technical for everyday folk and/ or you can't make it work for these people and therefore have no business charging for it.

Your 75% off sale for this product shows your confidence in it. Don't promise something and charge for it then not deliver.
