2. Register

Once you order the Epubor LibAudio Mate, you will receive a confirmation email with a license code. To register it, please click the orange key icon at the top right corner, and input your license email and registration code.
3. Deregister
If you need to deregister the Epubor LibAudio Mate, please click the orange icon on the upper right >> click Yes to deregister this software.
4. Uninstall
To uninstall Epubor LibAudio Mate, search for it in your computer's installed apps and click Uninstall to remove it.
Part 3: How to Set up Android Emulator and Download Libby Audiobooks
Step 1. Set Up Android Studio Emulator on Windows/Mac
Android Studio is the recommended emulator for downloading Libby audiobooks on a computer—no physical Android device is required.
Installation steps vary by operating system. Follow the official setup guides for:

Step 2. Install the Libby App
Once the emulator is running: Open APKPure, search for "libby" and install the APP.
Click "Install" to start installing Libby app.
Click "Open" to open Libby app.
Step 3. Download Libby Audiobooks
To access your Libby library, search for it, then sign in with your library ID and PIN.
Then find an audiobook and click the Download icon next to its cover.
After the download completes, you can remove it anytime by clicking the Download icon and selecting Remove Download.
Notice: We recommend Windows users install the LD Player emulator.
First, follow this guide to install and set up LDPlayer.
Second, download the Libby APK file(v9.0.0) here.
Third, open LD Player and drag the Libby APK into the emulator window to begin installation.
Fourth, launch the Libby app and sign in with your library card.
Fifth, navigate to your library and start downloading your Libby audiobooks.
Part 4: How to Use Epubor LibAudio Mate
Step 1. Auto-import Downloaded Libby Audiobooks to Epubor LibAudio Mate
Open Epubor LibAudio Mate on your PC. The software will automatically detect Libby Audiobooks downloaded via the emulator and list them in the left panel.
Step 2. Convert Libby Audiobooks to MP3 and Split by Chapters
Add your selected Libby audiobooks to the main panel on the right, then click Start Conversion to remove DRM, convert them to MP3, and split the audio into chapters.
Tips:
1. Ensure all Libby audiobooks are fully downloaded in the emulator.

I have installed the android emulator and Libby and logged into my library. However, everytime I try to download an audiobook the download fails part way through or won't start at all.

My audio book said downloaded but LibAudio fails to find it. Tried to find it in
C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Roaming\.EpuborLibby\library
but there is nothing in library or cover

Application returns "No File"
Root access is set up per instructions.
I have uninstalled and cleared directory per instructions.
Reinstall still finds no files
I installed the GOTD without issue some months back. I was confused as to how to use it until I read the instructions. (Duh) I downloaded Jetbrain Toolbox App and installed it. After installation, I got a image somewhat similar to the one on the install page but with one small difference. There was no writing. I have a screen shot but I don't think this page will take it. I tried several cycles of uninstall/reinstall without any change. I tried changing my Win10 settings to a 'vanilla' personalization without effect. I did try installing on another machine and this worked. I tried contacting Jetbrain support but no joy.
I really want to try this product but I am stuck. Is there another Android emulator I can use? Is there a better way to get in touch with Jetbrain support?

Message is simply "Convert failed"
I have deleted the downloaded book and restarted everything, redownloaded the book, found it in LibAduio Mate and ...Convert Failed.
Any ideas?
