Why I Want to Move Books from Kindle Library
I live in an information-rich era, with a vast ocean of material readily available online. Yet, for me, there's an undeniable comfort in knowing my audiobooks and eBooks reside securely on my own hard drive. Why? Because when content lives on the cloud or someone else's server, I've learned it's only a matter of time before they might decide to pull the plug, and with it, my access to everything. I've witnessed this firsthand: an online course, an investment made, only for the source to vanish, taking my money and my learning with it.
Storage Kindle Books within My Calibre Library(Make My Kindle Library Mine)
That's why Epubor Ultimate came to my rescue a couple of years ago. It truly allowed me to make my Kindle library mine. In fact, I consider my investment in this app as pure peace of mind. I had tried Epubor in the past, and it stopped working. Using the latest version of Epubor Ultimate, the decryption is now successfully removed, and I can now use my device of choice!
My perfect setup is straightforward: books from Kindle(for PC desktop) , the indispensable Epubor Ultimate Converter, and finally, secure storage within my Calibre Library.
Once all the pieces are in place, my workflow is seamless. I simply select the books I need from Kindle, open Epubor Ultimate, drag the books in, and it's done. The converted files instantly appear in the Ultimate folder as EPUBs.
From there, I move them to Calibre, where I finalize them as PDFs. This entire process gives me an incredible sense of security and control.
