I have purchased the Epubor software, but currently not receive any information about the license code. I also have check the spam email, not find it.
I sync my Kindle files via Kindle app and get some "fragment files" not azw format. Epubor Kindle DRM removal cannot recognize it. Is this the new format of Kindle files? I just want to decrypt some Kindle files.
I am struggling with removing the DRM of a couple of books. I followed every step of the popping-up guide but it's still not working. Any tips?

I downgrade my kindle version from your link but i am unable to register it. I get the windows thinking icon, blu arrow circling next to cursor and then kindle stops working
I have audible files are very long. Can your Epubor Audible converter split audible file into chapters?
I re-installed the version 1.24... from the Epubor Ultimate app. After starting the Kindle app I went to the tools menu and brought up the registering page.The page keeps on flashing approx. every 5 seconds. It will not accept my user name or password.
I re-started from zero a couple more times, same thing.
What to do ?
Can I get a registration code # for my converter software so it will work everytime I open it, even offline? Currently, I have to connect to the internet and input my email address for the program to convert the entire file. Otherwise, all it does is convert 3 minutes, as a trial version.

I have downloaded Epubor and trying to remove the DRM from a Nook book that I had recently purchased. I went through the steps on https://www.epubor.com/faq.html#e303 and downloaded/installed Nook Study but was unable to login. I am not sure what I am not doing correctly unless it is that I have to purchase the licensed version of Epubor. If that is the case, I will do so, but I wanted to test it out first to make sure it will remove the Nook DRM.
My Kindle for PC was automatically upgraded to version 2.8.3. I downloaded the epubor software and it does not seem to recognize newly downloaded Kindle books.
Is there any way to download or find the Kindle for PC Version 2.8.2 software? The link on epubor takes me to the Amazon link where you cannot find older versions.

You offer a 30-day free trial of Epubor Ultimate. What limits are there on the use of the trial version? (I want to test conversion of up to 5 AZW3 files that are locked by DRM before comitting to purchase).
