I haven't updated the app version and using Kindle legacy to download the books, but now it appears to not work anymore. I haven't used it in a while, but for a week I've been trying to make a comic to DRM-free, and it gives me an error saying it failed. I already tried making comics DRM-free a few months ago, and it worked. I've tried everything, like putting the app in administrator mode, changing the folder where the books are stored, and so on, but I still get the same result. Solutions? Thanks
i had to remove and reinstall the program, and i don't have my license key. how do i recover it
Yesterday, Windows updated for September. 2026-09 Security Update (KB5124008) (26200.9445) and 2026-09 .NET Framework Security Update (KB5126052).
Now, the shortcut is ghosted. When I search for the app, I get that it has moved or no longer works. I didn't move it or change anything on my own.

kindle updated 9/18, i downloaded the latest epubor and the conversion failed. looking for a fix.
FYI i tried to use on some kindle files... i just had to reinstall new version because you now the old kindle version that i had would't work. also chat doesn't work on this site. i followed instructions to reinstall kindle through windows store... and to reinstall epubor? it didn't ask for old license key and i assume license key is still good... i tried running from administrator... also it was allready installed on administrator account... yet still it gives errors

How do I deregister a machine so I can reinstall it?
I consistently have problems with the recommended Android simulator for use in capturing and convertng Hoopla e-books. I find the MuMu player much more user friendly but I can't seem to capture the Hoopla books. Is it possible to use MuMu Player? Is there an other simulator program I can use?

Your website provided the link to v7.5.3 which seems to work very well with your latest Epubor Ultimate for Mac. However, conversion stopped when the Kindle app updated itself (no "don't update" checkbox in the app). I deleted the app and reinstalled the v7.5.3 app and conversion worked again.
How do I stop the Kindle app from being updated? Thanks!
My Kindle books don´t show up under the Kindle tab. In the settings I`m not able to click the Set to Default Directory!

I open Epubor go to the list and drop it into the converter and then click the convert to MP3. It will not convert
When Epubor Ultimate loads my kindle books for decryption, the latest ones are displayed as random character strings instead of the actual titles.
