I have a lifetime registration for epubor ultimate. the latest update took me back to an un registered version that cannot be registered. it says in valid registration.

After update Epubor Ultimate I have a trial version. There is no option in the app to restore my license. Please fix this. This is my license no. VEN2VVC-KY4YJH-LEJ74Y-WYFJ72-CZSDA66
