Part 1: Download & Install
Download the right and latest version. Then double-click the file you downloaded ( .exe file for Windows users, .zip file for Mac users) to start the installation. We use Windows as an example in this tutorial, but as long as you install the right version, this software can work well with the same instructions regardless of the operating system.
Before you launch the Epubor Tidal Downloader, please install Tidal desktop application on your computer. Otherwise, you may not use this software.
Part 2: Free Trial & Register & Deregister & Uninstall
1. Free Trial
When Epubor Tidal Downloader is running, it will pop up automatically the registration window to let you input your license email to register this software. If you want to continue using the trial version, just close the registration window.
Please note: The trial version can only allow you to download and convert up to three Tidal songs for free.
2. Register
If you place an order for Epubor Tidal Downloader, you will receive a confirmation email soon, and we will activate your email address as a licensed email. Then run Tidal Downloader and click the key icon on the upper right to enter the license email for registration.
3. Deregister
If you need to deregister Epubor Tidal Downloader, please click the gear icon on the right corner, then click "Help"—"License", and click "Deregister" button.
4. Uninstall
You can search for this software under from Apps & Features and right-click to uninstall it.
Part 3: Epubor Tidal Downloader Step by Step Instructions
Epubor Tidal Downloader is a professional tool specially designed for downloading Tidal music to M4A/MP3/MP4/AAC/FLAC.
Step 1 Download and Install Tidal Desktop App
Before you launch Epubor Tidal Downloader, please go to the Tidal website to download Tidal app for PC or Mac, or you will not able to continue to use Epubor Tidal Downloader. Next, you can log in to your Tidal account.
Note: Tidal's free tier is no longer available, Epubor Tidal Downloader does not support a free Tidal account. Please confirm that you have subscribed to a paid plan to continue with Epubor Tidal Downloader.
Step 2 Launch Epubor Tidal Downloader
Launch Epubor Tidal Downloader, and you will see the Tidal app exit. Then it will automatically sync your Tidal music, including playlists, albums, tracks, and artists.
Step 3 Download Tidal music to M4A/MP3/AAC/FLAC/MP4
After your playlists, albums, tracks, and artists are displayed on the left panel of Tidal Downloader, you can add or drag the songs you want to download to the right main window.
Click the down arrow button below and choose the output format (M4A/MP3/AAC/FLAC/MP4) from the drop-down list, and click Download button at the bottom to start the downloading process.
When all the songs have been downloaded successfully, the status will change to "Succeeded". Then it will pop up a folder where you can find the downloaded songs in the format you select to convert. You can also find them by clicking "Succeeded" or blue folder icon on the right bottom.
