The uninstall items that should be in the Start menu do not exist. The Add/Remove programs uninstall feature does not function properly for this program. This only leaves the option of manual removal.

On a Mac running 10.15. Installed Epubor Ultimate to edit pub metadata within file, rather than as a separate file as per Calibre. Denied app access to document folder. It was it clearly wasn't what I was looking for so deleted app after a few minutes. Later found several folders under user ie Quynh > 2 files. Seriously? deleted them too. Now my Finder is freezing regularly.

Not happy.

I have a new computer on which I want to install Epubor. I've installed it, and now it says I need to deregister it—but there are no instructions on how to do that. Am I the only one who buys a new computer? Don't you think it's necessary to explain to your customers how to do this? Now I have to wait all weekend for someone to tell me how you envision deregistration. Doesn't anyone at your company think to explain to customers how to do it? And your chat window doesn't accept a single character—why don't you just disable it?
